Area Manager - Feeder Removals

Lead a matrixed team across construction, engineering, training, tooling, quality, procurement and CWP development to prepare for and execute a defined portion of the project scope on the CanAtom RFBR refurbishment at the Pickering site. Interface with the client and CanAtom stakeholders to develop and implement readiness plans, ensure constructability reviews, and drive safe, efficient execution. Oversee scheduling, resource planning, logistics (material, tooling, interim storage, transport, workface handling), and continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Drive accountability for performance across engineering, construction, procurement, tooling, training and QC; establish and monitor metrics for cost, schedule, quality and safety; develop training plans, playbooks and supporting tools; manage subcontracts and emergent issues; oversee budget development and tracking. Promote an inclusive, accessible workplace and participate in CanAtom/Aecon diversity initiatives; contribute to risk management, lessons learned, and readiness readiness processes to meet project milestones.
