Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for driving sales, operations, and profit across the assigned region by overseeing multiple branches, hiring and developing branch teams, ensuring 100% on-time order fulfillment, and maintaining client and regulatory standards. Lead recruiting, training, and coaching; manage branch performance, communicate expectations, and provide constructive feedback. Travel between branches using a valid driver’s license to visit prospect/client locations and support regional objectives. Collaboration with business development managers and on-sites to achieve growth goals and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multi-location management preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between branches
