Job Summary
Manage 3-5 distribution locations to ensure operational excellence, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service. Develop strategic warehouse plans, enforce operational processes, and lead cross-functional projects including facility start-ups. Prepare financial budgets, conduct monthly projections, and monitor KPIs to identify cost savings and workflow optimizations. Serve as the primary client contact for inquiries and presentations, resolving issues and building trust-based relationships while handling challenging conversations. Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and conduct site assessment visits. Lead and mentor facility managers, fostering a culture of accountability across regional sites. Requires 3-7 years of experience in multi-site operations, bilingual Spanish skills, and willingness to travel in the local Phoenix area.
