Job Summary
Oversee multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region, providing leadership, operational oversight, and program support to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements. Supervise employees across assigned programs while promoting accountability, teamwork, and professional development, including managing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training initiatives. Monitor staffing trends and program performance in partnership with leadership teams while participating in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies or operational concerns as needed. Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews while addressing participant and family concerns to support meaningful choices within community-based residential settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health, or Human Services
- 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, long-term care, or community-based services, including prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS services preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site residential or community-based programs
- Experience with staff development, training coordination, or leadership mentoring
- Data-driven performance management experience
- Knowledge of Indiana-specific disability service regulations, including residential and community-based program standards
