Job Summary
Oversee multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region, providing leadership, operational oversight, and program support to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements. Supervise, coach, and support employees while managing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training initiatives. Monitor staffing trends, program performance, and fiscal responsibilities, participating in on-call rotation to respond to emergencies or operational concerns as needed. Partner with staff, leadership, families, and community stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and address participant and family concerns. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in residential settings. Monday through Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities. Starting $58,900 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health, or Human Services
- 2–3+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, long-term care, or community-based services, including prior supervisory or management experience within residential or human services settings
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid Waiver or HCBS, CIH services preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site residential or community-based programs
- Experience with staff development, training coordination, or leadership mentoring
- Data-driven performance management experience
- Knowledge of Indiana-specific disability service regulations, including residential and community-based program standards
