Job Summary
Area Manager to coach Store Managers across multiple stores in the greater North and North West Melbourne region, with limited travel to Adelaide and Hobart. Focus on coaching, observing, and strengthening leadership capability, reinforcing Crown’s standards, and ensuring stores are customer-focused, compliant, and well run. Responsibilities include coaching opportunities identification, providing insights to the Regional Leader, maintaining operational standards, and supporting stores in-person with regular in-store presence and weekend availability (alternate Saturdays) to build store capability and handle escalations. Qualifications emphasize strong coaching/communication, ability to interpret store KPIs, and independent work in-store; police check is required.
