Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for assisting with strategic initiatives and daily operations for ~10 assets in the Orlando, FL area. Lead initiatives to maximize NOI, develop and manage operating income/expense budgets, ensure compliance with regulations and local laws, and deliver high tenant satisfaction. Requires 5+ years in a regional supervisor/manager role within property management. CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred. Ability to train, develop, and retain highly engaged teams. Base salary up to $100,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
