Job Summary
Oversee multiple locations within a defined region by leading location managers to achieve operational excellence. Manage budgets and P&L to drive profitability; develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with marketing to create proposals, submit bids, and negotiate contracts. Advise clients on technological enhancements, revenue potential, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Review and modernize operational processes; implement initiatives with leadership and corporate teams. Hire, train, and develop staff. Travel to multi-site locations as needed; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
