Job Summary
Manage daily operations across multiple valet locations, overseeing staff recruitment, training, and supervision to ensure smooth traffic flow, safety compliance, and high service standards. Act as the primary contact for property partners, resolving guest concerns and driving profitability through budget oversight, revenue analysis, and performance metric tracking. Conduct site audits, lead safety initiatives, and utilize management software to identify operational inefficiencies while maintaining alignment with client expectations. Travel frequently for performance reviews and new account launches, using personal communication tools to coordinate operations and provide consistent updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Clean background check
- 3 years minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience
- Management or leadership related training/certifications/business
