Area Manager

Oversee operational leadership of assigned accounts by creating and holding weekly inspection and customer service visit schedules. Provide full oversight of cleaners through hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation while personally delivering supplies and conducting daily inspections of cleaning closets, logbooks, and PPE. Review and approve payroll, manage special projects, and ensure the Supply Cage remains stocked and organized. Anticipate staffing needs to guarantee adequate coverage and maintain professional communication with customers and administrative personnel. This full-time 2nd shift role requires reliable transportation and frequent travel.
