Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and customer retention while controlling labor and supply costs. Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Manage time by prioritizing nightly and weekly agendas, delegate duties strategically, and ensure every account is adequately stocked with products. Collaborate with upper management for effective communication and resolve issues through strategic planning and conflict resolution. This second-shift role offers vehicle and gas allowances, with opportunities for advancement within a regional commercial janitorial company serving Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
