Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and customer retention while controlling labor and supply costs. Train and lead Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Strategically plan by delegating duties, delivering products to ensure adequate stocking, and managing time through nightly and weekly agendas. Work independently with upper management to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues. Second shift position with opportunities for advancement and a vehicle and gas allowance.
