Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and customer retention while controlling labor and supply costs. Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Strategically plan work by creating nightly and weekly agendas, delegating duties, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Deliver products to ensure adequate account stocking and communicate effectively with upper management. Manage time independently to resolve issues and apply solutions to conflicts. This role requires a hardworking leader capable of strategic planning and effective time management. We offer opportunities for advancement, a vehicle allowance, and gas reimbursement. Clean Team is a regional commercial janitorial company serving customers across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
