Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and customer retention while controlling labor and supply costs. Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Delegate duties strategically, manage time through nightly and weekly agendas, and ensure product delivery and account stocking. Collaborate with upper management for effective communication and resolve issues through feedback and conflict management. Second shift position with vehicle and gas allowance.
