Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts by ensuring service quality, securing customer retention, and maintaining adequate product stocking. Lead and train a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates while strategically delegating duties and identifying training needs. Control labor and supply costs through effective time management and prioritization of nightly and weekly agendas. Work independently to resolve issues, manage conflict, and communicate effectively with upper management. This second-shift role offers vehicle and gas allowances within a growing regional commercial janitorial company serving multiple states.
