Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service quality and customer retention while controlling labor and supply costs. Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, identifying training needs and retaining top performers. Strategically plan work using effective time management to prioritize nightly and weekly agendas, manage product stocking, and facilitate communication with upper management. This second-shift role requires independent leadership skills to delegate duties and resolve conflicts. Clean Team, a regional commercial janitorial company serving Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, offers advancement opportunities, a vehicle allowance, and gas reimbursement.
