Job Summary
Area Manager for The Learning Experience, overseeing Early Childhood Education Centers in Central/South New Jersey with travel between designated locations. Lead center operations, ensure health and safety compliance, recruit/train/coach staff, guide teachers with our proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment and retention, manage center finances (P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll), and engage families through tours and community events. Requires 2+ years of center leadership/management experience; state Administrative/Director credential; Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred); strong knowledge of licensing rules. Travel between centers (Cherry Hill area and surrounding locations) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules
