Job Summary
Area Manager for Central New Jersey and surrounding areas overseeing The Learning Experience ECE centers. Lead center teams, foster trust and inclusive culture, ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance, recruit and coach staff, guide implementation of the proprietary curriculum, drive enrollment growth and family retention, manage accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and P&L reporting, conduct tours and community marketing events to generate leads, and maintain a high-quality learning environment across multiple locations. Travel between designated locations as needed to supervise and support centers while building a qualified staff and engaging with diverse families. Requires 3+ years of center leadership/management experience and state credential requirements; Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- three or more years of center leadership/management/daycare experience (required)
- possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred)
- demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
