Job Summary
Act as a liaison between headquarters and regional branches by conducting regular visits and interacting with store management. Supervise retail store operations to ensure all business activities align with company standards while setting regional goals for sales estimates, revenue projections, and key performance indicators. Coordinate with reports to make recommendations to senior management aimed at growing market share, improving customer experience, and driving growth. Ensure marketing efforts remain consistent across each store and apply innovative approaches to stay updated with competition. Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations while leading teams to deliver value and excellence to clients.
