Job Summary
Area Manager - Central Region responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Valvolines market presence across the Central Thailand territory (Saraburi, Nakhon Nayok, Ayutthaya, Lopburi with Bangkok region). Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, expand product penetration across Automotive Service Centre, Independent Workshop, Retail, and Wholesale channels, and execute sales plans, promotional campaigns, and customer-focused programs to achieve territory targets and sustainable growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers, monitor performance, provide market insights, and ensure effective service delivery. Travel extensively within the territory. Requires Bachelor's degree, 2+ years sales experience, valid drivers license, and ability to travel; English proficiency preferred; MS Office proficiency expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
