Job Summary
Lead regional operations and drive revenue growth within the Central Alabama market by overseeing the P&L, managing project budgets, and serving as the primary account manager for key clients. Execute strategic plans to track KPIs while supervising Project Managers and Client Account Managers to foster a high-performance culture. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and ensure financial controls and operational standards are met. This role requires 10+ years of operating management experience in consulting engineering, with regular overnight travel and extended hours to meet business objectives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of operating management experience in a consulting engineering environment
- 5+ years in senior management
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth
- Strong financial management and project oversight experience

- Trusted client advisor with exceptional relationship-building skills
