Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-site team of Store Managers across 20+ stores in FNQ and western QLD to execute BWS strategy and deliver operational plans. Communicate clear direction and expectations to build an inclusive culture while collaborating with stakeholders to simplify processes and scale best practices. Identify and develop team talent to build a strong pipeline for the future, utilizing data insights to enhance customer experiences. Model horizontal ways of working to solve business problems and elevate team performance. Requires experience managing geographically dispersed portfolios and adapting to change; involves flexible travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed portfolio, driving operational standards and culture remotely
- Proven success leading large teams within a retail or similar fast paced, customer focused environment
- Highly adaptable with big picture thinking and innovation, and able to guide and inspire teams through transitions
- Adept at using data insights to spot trends and enhance the overall customer experience
- Experience in regulated environments
- Flexible to travel as required in the role
