Job Summary
Area Manager and Business Growth Leader responsible for driving the coastal North Carolina/South Carolina water portfolio, leading strategy and organic growth across municipal water, wastewater, and/or stormwater projects. Lead client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, oversee project planning and construction activities, and support design-build opportunities. Travel up to 30% for site visits, client meetings, and leadership activities. Emphasizes proven program/portfolio growth, operational performance, and strong communication with stakeholders to expand opportunities in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in water / wastewater / stormwater project management, design management, business operations, or related.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- P.E. License
