Area Manager - Brand Stack Aftermarket

Job Summary
Provide focused aftersales support for all Weir equipment, serving as the primary point of contact for the Cadia site to build trusted relationships through regular face-to-face engagement and technical expertise. Collaborate with Regional and Sales Managers to develop and execute marketing and market growth strategies, while conducting weekly site visits to prepare detailed call reports and ensure customers receive first-class care. Troubleshoot equipment and service issues, maintain accurate customer business records in CRM tools, and support budgeting and forecasting for the Aftersales business. Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of the company's drive towards a world-class safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical trade qualification or engineering background with strong technical knowledge
- 3-5 years relevant industry experience in a similar role
- 5-7 years direct sales experience in industrial markets
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and SAP for reporting and CRM management
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with Weir products and brand stack aftermarket sales
- Experience working in mining or heavy industrial environments
