Job Summary
Drive sales growth for Össur bracing and support products by making personalized presentations to medical professionals in the assigned Florida/Atlantic territory. Execute a strategic sales plan targeting hospital departments and private clinics to elicit product use and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Maintain high output levels while managing expenses and utilizing territory reports to prioritize activities and plan customer engagement. Collaborate with independent representatives and distribution partners to expand the market share, ensuring compliance with all laws and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a life science or business discipline
- Minimum three plus years in direct field sales
- Prior experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products
- Ability to travel 50%
- Maintains an acceptable level of technical competency, 90% or above on all testing
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills
- All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in Quality requirements of Össur
- Proper lifting techniques required
- May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion
