Job Summary
Develop and lead the effective operations of the Bowen region branch to ensure high standards of service for internal and external members. Control daily activities to achieve set goals while driving business development and fostering community engagement. Manage medium to large teams with a focus on leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. This full-time role requires a 38-hour week with flexibility for additional hours as needed. Applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
