Job Summary
Lead branch operations across Central Texas by recruiting, hiring, and developing technicians, sales professionals, and supervisors. Conduct regular field observations, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to coach Service Managers and ensure exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth. Manage labor costs, materials, and operating budgets to improve profitability, and oversee scheduling, routing, and compliance with state regulations and company policies. Resolve escalated customer concerns, maintain equipment and vehicles, and promote a strong safety culture across Pest Control, Mosquito Control, Wildlife Exclusion, and Lawn Fertilization services. Maintain required licenses and certifications, including the Texas Structural Pest Control License, while traveling throughout the territory to inspect job sites and visit customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in pest control and lawn care
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM and field service management software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Central Texas territory
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to inspect job sites, perform ride-alongs, and visit customer locations
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-location or multi-department management experience
- Texas Structural Pest Control License (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in: Residential and Commercial Pest Control
- Experience in: Mosquito Control
- Experience in: Wildlife Exclusion
- Experience in: Lawn Fertilization & Weed Control
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
