Area Manager - Audit Services

Job Summary
Lead a team of Auditors and deliver key performance programmes across New Zealand's primary industries. Build trusted relationships with farmers, producers, and customers in the food, dairy, horticulture, and apiculture sectors while representing the organization in the field. Drive team culture through coaching, training, and development, ensuring consistent, customer-focused service delivery. Monitor performance, recognize successes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative management team. This fixed-term opportunity until December 2027 is based in Christchurch, with Auckland or Hamilton also considered.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years' management experience, with proven experience leading and developing people
- Strong experience managing customer relationships within the primary sector
- Experience within, or a good understanding of, New Zealand's horticulture, food or dairy industries
- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Business or a related discipline
