Job Summary
Area Manager leads business development and operations for Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada in the St. John’s, NL area, driving revenue growth across respiratory and sleep apnea services, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, managing a multi-branch team, fostering partnerships with healthcare providers, and expanding referrals while achieving KPIs and controlling costs. The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, leadership of cross-functional staff, and collaboration with Clinical and Operations Managers to maintain safety, quality, and patient-centered care in a Home Healthcare context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a focus on financial performance
- Relationship building and B2B sales expertise
- Customer-focused with an emphasis on driving referral marketing
- Experience in a role that has financial accountability and managing P&L
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
