Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations of bases within a defined region, coordinating clinical, aviation, and maintenance services to optimize safety, quality, and financial targets. Manage base staffing to ensure 100% in-service availability while driving key performance indicators and overseeing P&L across assigned locations. Directly supervise employees, handling hiring, training, performance appraisals, and termination decisions. Coordinate base startups, moves, and closures, including facility repairs, lease management, and supply chain logistics. Maintain all business, medical, and DOT licenses, ensuring full compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Available 24/7 for operational requirements with up to 70% travel time.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of related work experience in clinical, aviation, maintenance
