Job Summary
Lead resident maintenance by resolving issues efficiently, ensuring exceptional curb appeal through clean grounds and buildings, and maintaining safe, sanitary common areas free of debris. Perform basic repairs, manage landscaping and watering, and assist with apartment turnovers while advising supervisors on items requiring additional attention. Respond to emergencies per policy and communicate with the Community Manager for complex maintenance needs. Work 8-12 hour shifts including weekends and on-call availability, adhering to Cardinal U training and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- property management experience
- excellent customer service skills

- basic maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be available for on call emergencies

- Regular local travel
