Job Summary
Senior maintenance leader responsible for overseeing maintenance across multiple properties, coordinating and directing a team of technicians, planning preventive maintenance, managing budgets, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and maintaining high resident satisfaction through proactive facility management and issue resolution. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding maintenance staff, scheduling repairs and inspections, hands-on support with HVAC/electrical/plumbing systems, monitoring performance metrics, and driving cost-effective operations.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience leading a maintenance team
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
