Area Maintenance Supervisor

The Area Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the condition and profitable maintenance operations of specified multi-site housing properties, including supervising staff, overseeing maintenance and grounds keeping, coordinating with vendors, controlling budget costs, maintaining warranty and replacement documentation, and assisting with property turnover. Travel may be required to train other Maintenance Supervisors and to oversee more than one property in separate cities. Candidates should have five years of prior property maintenance experience with team leadership, supervisory, and/or vendor management experience. The role involves working across on-site maintenance and grounds activities, vendor collaboration, budget management, documentation accuracy, and potential responsibilities at multiple properties. Physical requirements include sitting, manual dexterity, vision/hearing, mobility, lifting up to 25 pounds, and the ability to climb stairs; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
