Area Maintenance Manager - Jersey City

Oversee and coordinate all technical and mechanical work for 3+ communities totaling 500+ units, ensuring interior/exterior spaces, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality while meeting budgetary goals. Lead on-site maintenance staff across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliance repairs; manage make-ready processes for vacant units, schedule preventative and ad-hoc maintenance, and inspect completed work. Develop scopes of work, manage vendor/contractor relationships, analyze properties for maintenance needs, and participate in capital projects with Capital Projects Group as needed. Maintain and monitor maintenance budget, analyze financial statements, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure high-quality property upkeep and service delivery.
