Job Summary
Area Loss Prevention Agent in NYC area responsible for monitoring store activity, investigating theft/safety incidents, supporting store-level audits, documenting incidents with LP management, enforcing safety and operational policies in-store, and promoting a secure environment. Requires 3–5 years in retail/security, high school diploma (LPQ/LPC a plus), strong attention to detail, collaboration with store teams, and effective communication; physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling stockroom tasks. Travel about 75%.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, security, or a related field; LP experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; LPQ or LPC is a plus
- Basic knowledge of loss prevention, retail operations, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with key business partners
- Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to perform required duties as listed
