Job Summary
Lead lease-up operations for affordable housing communities in Florida, coordinating leasing, occupancy goals, marketing, and regulatory compliance (HUD/LIHTC). Travel across Florida properties, serve as liaison among on-site teams and corporate, recruit and supervise staff, manage lease-up readiness and move-in processes, ensure regulatory documentation and fair housing compliance, and maintain strong resident relations and customer service using property management software.
Required Qualifications
- HCCP certification required
- Minimum 3 years of LIHTC and affordable housing experience
- Experience managing occupancy goals, leasing strategies, and property marketing
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office programs (RealPage, OneSite, Excel, Word, Outlook)
