Job Summary
Drive leasing activity and help communities achieve occupancy goals by traveling between assigned properties to provide support. Train, coach, and mentor onsite leasing teams while assisting with hiring, onboarding, and developing staff. Support marketing initiatives, lead-generation efforts, and collections, then build relationships with prospective and current residents to identify challenges and develop solutions. Step in where needed to keep communities performing at their best. Weekend availability and willingness to travel between communities are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate onsite teams
- Weekend availability
- Willingness to travel between assigned communities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
