Job Summary
Drive leasing activity and help communities achieve occupancy goals across assigned properties in the Clarksville, TN and Bowling Green, KY markets. Travel between locations to provide support, train, coach, and mentor onsite leasing teams while assisting with hiring and onboarding. Lead marketing initiatives, improve follow-up and closing rates, and build relationships with prospective and current residents to identify and solve operational challenges. This role requires weekend availability, willingness to travel, and 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of multifamily leasing experience
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to coach and motivate onsite teams
- Weekend availability
- Willingness to travel between assigned communities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
