Job Summary
Oversee 12-14 store locations by staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders while implementing merchandising programs and controlling cash and inventory. Manage profit and loss through budget planning, sales maximization, and expense control, setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management. Motivate teams to provide exceptional customer service and maintain multi-unit operations with a focus on profit and loss management. Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task while performing physical duties like lifting up to 50 pounds. Participants receive in-depth training over 12 months, a company vehicle for business use, and access to 401K, RRSP, and various insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
- A valid Driver's License from the state of residence
- maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
