Job Summary
Area Leader Trainee – Retail Operations overseeing 12-14 store locations with a development-focused training program lasting ~12 months. Responsible for staffing, training Store Leaders, implementing merchandising programs, controlling cash and inventory, motivating teams, and promoting exceptional customer service. Requires P&L/budget management, setting performance goals, and coordinating with upper management. Prior multi-unit management experience preferred; a 4-year degree in a related field is required or 5+ years of equivalent district/retail operations management experience. The role is based in Farmington, NM with a company vehicle upon appointment to lead a district.”,
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
- valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities in a multi-unit operations environment
