Job Summary
Oversee 12-14 store locations by staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders while implementing merchandising programs and controlling cash and inventory. Manage profit and loss through budget planning, sales maximization, and expense control, setting performance goals and monitoring results with upper management. Provide exceptional customer service and teambuilding support across the district. Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task while performing physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $32.00 hourly with monthly bonus/incentive potential. Includes paid PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K/RRSP, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
- Valid Driver's License from the state of residence
- Maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- Ability to multi-task
- Being self-motivated
- Perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
