Job Summary
Area Leader Trainee overseeing 12-14 store locations, leading staffing, training, merchandising programs, cash and inventory controls, and promoting customer service. Participates in a 12-month training program with career-growth potential and a company vehicle upon appointment. Requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional management experience; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; multi-tasking and leadership responsibilities across multi-unit operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
- valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
- ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, performing repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- previous multi-unit management experience preferred
