Job Summary
Area Leader responsible for driving daily production throughput, ownership of work flow, safety compliance, 5S housekeeping, coaching operators, troubleshooting, and Lean Daily Management; coordinates labor and machine assignments, conducts start-up meetings, ensures quality checks, and supports continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Must be able to read a tape measure, dial calipers and micrometer
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds; push/pull up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods of time
