Area Lead Rwanda

Area Lead in Rwanda acting as the primary on-the-ground representative, managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and coordinating transport, clearing, and mining-related activities. Responsibilities include serving as the main client contact in Rwanda, building strong relationships, developing new business opportunities, coordinating transport and clearing operations, supporting mining/logistics activities, collaborating with regional teams to ensure smooth service delivery, providing market insights to leadership, and assisting in establishing and growing the Rwanda office footprint. Strong client-facing skills, understanding of logistics and customs clearing, commercial mindset, excellent communication, independence, and relevant work experience are required; degree or diploma in logistics or related field is preferred. Location is Kigali, Rwanda.
