Coordinate with central recruitment to interview, test, and select employees for vacant positions up to Cluster Manager, while maintaining an active candidate pool. Ensure 100% completion of induction and mandatory training for new joinees, including quality review discussions during probation. Monitor and enforce structured performance management for store and area teams, guaranteeing clear development plans for mid-year and annual reviews. Act as the neutral escalation point for employee issues, coach managers, and drive retention and engagement programs. Fulfill all employee relations responsibilities, compliances, and policies to meet customer and employee expectations.
