Area HR Manager

Manage and lead strategic and tactical HR activities across all supported sites and sectors, collaborating with leadership and operational teams to ensure human resources goals are met. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, while providing guidance to business managers on people matters and serving as an advocate for associates. Effectively interact with regional HR functions to ensure local issues are considered in strategy development, and maintain a strong understanding of political and social agendas impacting the business area. Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, including the annual EOS process. Conduct internal investigations as needed and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and labor laws. Manage staffing, succession planning, and training initiatives, while ensuring management is trained in interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of HR experience, and PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification. The position includes a national salary range of $85,000–$150,000 and is located onsite.
