Job Summary
Provide daily operational support to short-staffed hotels across multiple properties, travel within the assigned area with 1-3 week placements as needed, and fill in for departmental supervisory roles. Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology to ensure consistent guest experiences. The role offers leadership development across multiple hotel brands and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and mileage stipend; flexible full-time shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments.
- Travel required; ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
