Job Summary
Provide daily operational support to short-staffed hotels and fill in for departmental supervisory roles; travel on short notice within the assigned area and stay at locations for 1-3 weeks as needed; assist with staffing issues through one-day trips to individual properties; train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology; leverage hotel operations experience across departments to lead teams and improve guest service across multiple brands; requires ability to travel, lift up to 30 pounds, and work full-time with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments
- Ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods
- Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry up to 30 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
