Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Area Head Float Teacher with at least 5 years experience in ECE Programs and an Associate degree or higher. Must possess required licenses and certifications while demonstrating knowledge of licensing requirements and best practices in education.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in ECE Programs
- 24 ECE units plus 16 General Education units and 6 in specialization area/2 Units in Adult Supervision
- AA Degree or higher
- Must be eligible for Site Supervisor Permit
- CTC Master Teacher Permit
- Pediatric First Aid and Pediatric CPR certification
- Solid knowledge of Community Care Licensing and California Department of Education requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in written and spoken Spanish language skills
Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License if transporting children
- Health screening as required in section 101216(g)
- Criminal Record Clearance and/or exemption
