Area Head Chef- Asian Restaurant | Saudi Arabia

Supervise kitchen operations across assigned branches, ensuring food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency while developing authentic Asian menus and recipes. Monitor food costs and inventory to minimize waste, implement kitchen SOPs and standards, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Train, coach, and support chefs and kitchen staff, working closely with operations and management teams to improve performance and support new branch openings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, 5–10 years of multi-unit experience, valid driver's license, and fluency in English.
